Every year, HSBC scouts for the best minds to join our Graduate Programmes. Offering a dual track for budding talents, we invite you to join either our Management Development Programme (MDP) or Finance Graduate Development Programme (FGDP). Our MDP is designed to groom a ready pipeline of leaders in our bank while the FGDP seeks to nurture outstanding finance professionals.

Once onboard, we nurture these young and outstanding professionals in every aspect to prepare them for important leadership appointments to come.

Not everyone qualifies, however. For an opportunity, reserve a place at our Preliminary Audition today.

Preliminary Audition

Here's what you'll need:

* MDP - At least a Second Upper Class Honours (or equivalent) Degree in any discipline

* FGDP - At least a Second Upper Class Honours (or equivalent) Degree in Accountancy or Finance

* An excellent leadership track record in co-curricular activities

* No more than 2 years' work experience
