Operations Manager

Your main responsibilities will include:

•	Reviewing cash and security reconciliations as well as liaising with custodians and counterparties to resolve discrepancies
•	Monitoring and processing corporate actions
•	Managing stock lending/borrowing and prime brokerage programs
•	Processing redemption of fixed income instruments and income collection
•	Monitoring tax refundable and changes in tax regulations in various countries
•	Analyzing operational impact from new investment products, maintaining data integrity in custody systems and participating in ad-hoc projects from time to time

The Operations Manager will have the added responsibilities to supervise the Operations Analysts and Operations Assistants; as well as assist the Head, Custody & Control to provide smooth operations support.

These positions provide excellent opportunities to gain exposure to a wide range of market instruments as well as interact with custodians and counterparties around the world. You should possess a good Degree with at least 5 years of relevant working experience in the finance industry. Team players who are analytical, meticulous and able to work with minimum supervision are ideal candidates. Good problem-solving and strong communication skills; as well as the ability to interact with different levels within an organization are essential. Knowledge of MS Office applications and an aptitude in system-related work are preferred.
