Senior Risk Officer

You will be a member of the Operational and Credit Risk division in the Risk & Performance Management Department. This tem is responsible for managing counterparty credit risk and monitoring operational risk at the corporate level.

Your primary responsibilities will include:

•	Monitoring , assessing and reporting the overall operational risk profile of the Corporation
•	Advising the Operational Risk Committee on risk issues and policy matters
•	Co-ordinating new product and business review processes to ensure appropriate risk controls are in place
•	Working closely with risk managers in the operating departments to examine key operational risk issues and resolve major operational errors.

You should have a good understanding of financial instruments and operational risk management practices. At least 5-6 years of relevant working experience in a financial services organization is preferred. A good Honours Degree in Finance, Accountancy, Business or a related field is required. Additional qualifications lik CFA, FRM and CPA will be favourably considered.

You must possess strong analytical skills and excellent interpersonal skills. You are expected to be willing to take on new challenges whenever opportunities arise.
