Leader in Next Generation Microprocessor & Chipsets
Component Design - Design Engineers

Our Client designs and develops leading-edge microprocessor and chipsets solution for next generation PC platform and computing market segment. The design center is the only site outside US designing next generation Pentium® 4 microprocessor and advanced IA platform chipsets. The design center is expanding its responsibility to advance the PC platform into next level of capability building on latest nanometer process technology.

Responsible for Silicon Design and implementation of microprocessor and chipsets. Involved in RTL design (in VHDL, Verilog and other hardware description languages), building prototype model, functional validation and synthesizing the RTL code, generating a structural netlist for layout auto-place/route;
Work on innovative power/performance optimization and dynamic power management for future generation microprocessor chipset, including energy efficient architecture, power/performance tradeoff analysis, voltage and clock frequently distribution, dynamic power managements, RTL level power estimation and power efficient architecture verification.
BSc, MSc with multiple years of experience or PhD. in Electronics/Computer Engineering. The candidate should have strong analytical skills, be able to work independently and work at various levels of abstration.

Be part of the silicon design pioneering team in developing tomorrow's Microprocessor, Advanced Northbridge (Memory Controller Hub) and Southbridge (I/O Controller Hub). Be involved in the exciting challenge of exploring and creating new technology for PC such as Hyper Treading, DDR II, PCI Express, Wireless LAN, Giga bit Ethernet. Selected candidates will be sent to the US for training and job assignment.
