The objective of the UOB MA Programme is to fast track Management Associates' fundamental understanding of banking, and equip them with the practical aspects of our business, to build future leaders and specialists to meet the bank's future growth.

The UOB Buana MA Programme is to grow and nurture organically potential leaders. To rise to this chalenge, you must either be a recent graduate or is expecting to graduate with a GPA 3.25/4.0 (Degree) or 3.50/4.0 (Master) and available to start your career in December 2009.

We seek passionate, dynamic, self-motivated individuals with exceptional leadership potential and who are driven towards performance excellence. You should also have a strong command of your native language in addition to good spoken and written English.
